We use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and shared CDE platforms — whichever your team already uses. Clients receive live access to the current model at every stage. We hold weekly review calls via Teams or Zoom, send daily progress updates by email or Slack, and share model access via cloud links so your team never waits for a file transfer. For urgent projects, WhatsApp works well for quick coordination questions.
Standard deliverables include Revit (.rvt), IFC (IFC2x3 or IFC4), DWG, PDF, and NWC (Navisworks). For structural analysis, we can deliver Robot SA files, analytical JSON exports, and Excel-format result summaries. For civil work, we deliver Civil 3D (.dwg), LandXML, and PDF drawing packages. If your team uses a specific format or CDE, tell us and we'll accommodate it.
Both. Most BIM coordination and modelling projects are quoted per deliverable — a fixed price for a defined scope, agreed in writing before work begins. This gives clients certainty on cost and us a clear target. For ongoing retainer arrangements (e.g., a BIM manager on call for a long project), monthly retainer pricing is available. Hourly rates apply for short consultations, RFI responses, or model reviews where scope is genuinely uncertain. We'll recommend the right structure for your project when you enquire.
Usually within 1–3 business days of agreeing scope and receiving the necessary input files (drawings, existing models, or project brief). For urgent projects, we can often start the same day. Send us an enquiry and we'll confirm our availability immediately.
We work to BS Eurocode (EN1990–EN1999), BS 8110, ACI 318, AISC 360, IS 456, and ISO 19650 for BIM management. For MEP, we apply ASHRAE, CIBSE, and IEC 60364. For quality management, ISO 9001 frameworks. If your project has a specific national or regional standard, let us know — we have access to a comprehensive standards library and can apply most internationally recognised codes.
Yes — and we prefer to. Working within your established BIM Execution Plan, template, and naming conventions is far more efficient than importing our own. Send us your BIM standards document, project template (.rte file), and any existing models at the start, and we'll configure our environment to match before modelling begins.
