RENCOP was born from a simple conviction: the engineers who understand construction sites should be the ones building the digital models. Too often, BIM deliverables miss the mark because they are produced far from the realities of a project.

We bring over a decade of hands-on field experience — from oil fields in Western Uganda to international airports and major highway corridors — directly into every model we build. That context is not something you learn in an office. It is earned on site, and it shapes every decision we make when we sit down at a BIM workstation.

Today, RENCOP operates as a remote-first engineering consultancy, delivering coordinated BIM models, structural analysis, and construction documentation to clients across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
